Squirrly SEO will automatically detect if you are using any SEO plugins installed on your site. If any is detected, you can now choose to import it by clicking the Import button.

The second option is importing it using Squirrly Import/Export feature. You can choose this when you did not import your data from other plugins on the onboarding process.
The first step is to go to the SEO settings section of Squirrly SEO and click on Import/Export on the left side column. On this page, you will find two sections: import settings and import SEO.
In import settings, you will import the things you set up. While, on import SEO, you will import what you work on.
After choosing the settings and SEO you want to import, click on the Import button, and your data will be imported.
Take note, you will lose all the settings you’ve done in Squirrly SEO once you import SEO settings. It will overwrite all the settings you’ve done in Squirrly SEO, so don’t forget to backup your settings.
Also, importing SEO will not overwrite any SEO pages that were optimized with Squirrly. This is to ensure that you do not lose any SEO that you have previously optimized.
